Inventory Management FAQ

  1. Can I change or adjust my linen inventory based on my caseload?

Yes, it is our goal to work with your patient volume and specific needs in order to avoid spending too much money or running out of linen. We are not your vendor, we’re you’re partner, so we ensure to provide you with linen inventory based on your patient load. To ensure this, even though we set your linen numbers with you, we verify that accuracy during formal Quarterly Needs Assessments of your account – and we make recommendations as needed.
  2. What if my caseload suddenly increases unexpectedly?

We offer a Same-Day Linen Rescue for busy days that catch you off guard. Those unforeseen rushes of increased patient loads can happen, but our service team has your back in times of need.

  3. How can I understand my invoices?

Flat Rate Billing is when you are billed based on what your inventory requires, rather than a complex usage formula.
Transparent Billing means that the linens you have on site are reflected directly in your bill, making it easy for you to tell exactly what you are paying for. Your Customer Advocate and our Customer Care team are happy to help you with any invoice-related questions you have.

  4. Am I carrying too much inventory? How can I tell?

Your dedicated Customer Advocate helps to streamline your linen inventory management. This will be ongoing and will include recommendations based on your needs. Invoices will also show your needs-based inventory as compared to what was actually used. And, every quarter, your Service Manager will also review your inventory to determine if you have enough or are carrying too much.

  5. How can I make sure my staff has enough scrubs and in the right sizes?

Hospital scrubs in Davenport, IA, are customized for your facility via size, color, style and potentially personalization. Utilizing barcodes or RFID technology, scrubs are maintained to meet the needs of your overall inventory. We provide comprehensive, fully-managed programs to ensure your staff has what they need, when they need it!

  6. What should I do if I need a full-time employment to manage my linen or scrubs?

For your nurse uniforms in Cedar Rapids, IA, scrubs or linens, our Customer Advocate will ensure on-time and accurate deliveries, streamline your management, give you real-time control over your inventory/pick-up reports, provide you direct access via the Instant Service app, and come to your aid with Same-Day Linen Rescue for those busy days.

  7. Why do I have a lot of oversized gowns?

We recommend that only 10% (on national average) of patient gowns should be oversized. However, we work with you to account for regional variations and can use your historical averages to set that amount.
