We’re pleased to announce that we’ll be among the many excellent health care service providers in attendance at ASCA 2017—the annual conference hosted by the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
The conference will take place between May 3 and 5, 2017 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, D.C. We’ll be at booth #304, and we invite you to pay us a visit and learn about our ComfortFIRST advantages and other benefits of choosing ImageFIRST.
ASCA is an all-encompassing event that brings together the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) community, and affords the people who are a part of it the opportunity to network with one another, exchange their best practices tips and discuss marketplace trends that directly impact ambulatory surgery centers.
This exciting meeting is expected to draw more than 2,000 attendees this year—if you’re a member of the ASC community, you don’t want to miss this event!
Why We’re Proud to Attend
We work extensively with ASCs throughout Iowa, and consider ourselves to be a leading service provider to them. ASCs in need of top-quality linens, gowns, medical scrubs and uniforms in their Cedar Rapids, IA-area facilities (and throughout the country) know to trust ImageFIRST Cedar Rapids as the provider they can count on. We’re proud to represent Iowa’s fine ASCs at ASCA 2017, and we hope to see many of them in Washington D.C.!
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Association is the leading national membership association that represents ASCs. They provide advocacy and resources that are dedicated to helping facilities best deliver high quality and cost-effective ambulatory surgery to their patients. These are a few of the ways in which they assist ASCs nationwide:
- Develop and maintain relationships with legislators and regulators
- Aid and work alongside other organizations dedicated to improving care and reducing costs to patients
- Work with insurance companies so they can help provide coverage and reimbursements for procedures done at ASCs
- Publish industry findings and data in a magazine, books and survey reports
- Administer educational programs and public outreach
